NEW HELP FOR CACHE VALLEY’S HOUSING MARKET

ABC Reality Looking for Credible Investors

--Logan, UT— Preston Parker, president of ABC Real Estate, is looking for wealthy and credible investors in order to help support a new housing development technique for Cache Valley residents.  The system is called Land Trust, and was developed by Bill Gatten. Parker said it is a way to help out the current housing market situation facing America.

“People who participate in this system Gatten has developed can expect a 10 percent to 20 percent return off their initial investment within two to three years.” Parker said, “ We can help people and also get a return from their investment.”

ABC Real Estate is trying to help middle class American’s here in Cache Valley. Parker said this system will help Cache Valley residents who are facing home foreclosure, bad credit scores, and possible eviction.  He said to get the system going, ABC wants to let the valley know they are here and looking for investors.

This new housing investment system involves four types of beneficiaries, including a seller, creditor, investor, and resident.  Parker said the investors help potential residents with bad credit scores by taking a loan out in their own names for them.  The resident then makes small payments to their investor every month to pay off the loan.  Once the house is paid off and worth more than the initial investment, it can be sold to make a profit.  Parker said all four beneficiaries involved with the investment come out with more than they started with and a better credit score.

Parker said potential investors would be residents with knowledge or previous experience with housing situations, great ownership mentality, and preferably lots of money.  Parker said he wants investors who are interested in creative real estate.  He said residents who are interested about investing in this housing system, or anyone looking for more information can go to www.landtrust.net.

I like that you said right off in the sub heading that the company is looking for investors- that is the most important part. I also think you did a good job explaining the role of each beneficiary. Good work!
