PR News Post #2

I just read the article on PR News' Website about responding to online critics and I think it was really helpful advice to PR people in the industry.  They used very good and current examples to help demonstrate their points, so I think that helped make it a better article also.  The three T's is something that I will have to try and remember when I am actually in my PR career.  Timing, Target, and Tone.  They all make sense, and they all work if you think about each one individually, and as a whole.  There are a lot of negative online critics, so it was good for them to write this article to help people out who don't know how to handle it.
